just when you think you put all the pieces back together the unexpected happens..
today wasn't a good day for me, I received bad news and from that point on, I found myself lost in thoughts looking for answers.
so I decided to go out to take my mind off things for a while.
I thought long and hard about everything and chose not to let this bump in the road that life has placed in front of me get me down, I will adapt and overcome, this is only temporary..
and soon a smile was brought back to my face

when things don't always go as planned I have good friends to fall back on.
we are shadows of tender fury.
walking in these heels on this road to life isn't as easy.
