An unexpected connection.

I woke up this morning running late for my 8:00 a.m. class (contemporary trends in fashion). The conversation from the night before kept me up late but I got to hear his voice. I arrive with the usual: medium coffee with 5 sugars & cream and a blueberry muffin. Wow time goes by... I have so much time to waste until my (consumer behavior class). Hmmmmm SHOPPING ♥. YES indeed. All of the boutiques don't open until 11:00 a.m. I wait in front of "Stel's" a unique high-fashion boutique to open. Being the first customer of the day I get a warm welcome from the owner. And there it was an "Alexander Wang" distressed tank-top! I immediately try it on and before you know it... SOLD $$$

I spent and hour in Stel's having a conversation with the owner and buyer about my career in the fashion industry and which direction I plan to go in. You never know who you meet. She knows people that know people and they say it's all about connections connections connections. Let's just say a summer in the Big Apple I am not complaining. 

After school I went to Nordstrom. Brought some Black Ankle Booties. Later went to go pick up April's Issue of Vogue and some Cheeze- Itz.

Today was an amazing day and I am truly grateful.
